During our initial consultation, I will spend time getting to know the two of you – how you met, how long you’ve been together, what struggles you’ve overcome to get to this point, anything important to your unique love story. I’ll use these details to create a very personal and beautiful ceremony that you and your guests will treasure for years to come.
I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for over 27 years. And I’ve had the pleasure of seeing all three of our children marry the loves of their lives. We’ve recently welcomed our first grandchild. And as a breast cancer survivor, the important moments in life have been brought intensely into focus for me and it is what led me to become a wedding officiant.
More of My Background
In addition, I have completed the full relationship course curriculum through PAX Programs Incorporated.* PAX is the Latin word for “peace” and PAX is an organization dedicated to educating men and woman about our gender differences and how to achieve long lasting, satisfying relationships. The curriculum, now known as the Queens Code Workshops, included:
* Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women
* Celebrating Men & Marriage
* Celebrating Men & Sex
* Celebrating Women: Regarding Ecstasy & Power
* Understanding Women: Unlock the Mystery
I look forward to meeting you and learning about your special love story.
This was taken at my son’s wedding. I didn’t officiate because I wanted to just be present and enjoy the day, which as you can see, we did!
